The studio of Ejing Zhang was founded in 2014 and based in central London- Cockpit Arts Holborn.

Through the combination of thread, wood and resin, Ejing Zhang Studio creates intricate jewellery by highlighting a cross section of the mixed media resin tile, revealing its impressionistic and detailed core. All the tiles are hand poured and finished in their London based studio making each and every piece completely unique. Her design often evokes the impressionistic nature of Chinese ink drawings.

Born and raised in China, Ejing Zhang's exposure to fabrics and thread came at a very young age, as her Mother worked in the textile industry. Zhang's love of fabrics and fashion continued to grow with her and resulted in an education and passionate career in the creative industry.

Ejing Zhang graduated from the Royal College of Art with a MA in Textiles Design specialising in Mixed Media. She is highly influenced and driven by color and texture which is seen in her work through an array of vibrant color palettes, thought out material combinations and pattern creations. She has worked with companies like Mercedes Benz Advanced Design Studio, Givenchy, Alexander McQueen, Sony etc. In 2013, Ejing was commissioned by Global Fashion Awards to produce that year's trophies.
