This one-of-one product is a collaboration between Rurban and 3.1 Phillip Lim. The overstock garment provided by 3.1 Phillip Lim has been backpacked all the way from New York to the village of Guizhou, Southwest China. Customized creatively by Indigenous artists of the Miao community, it features their unique Batik craft. Miao motifs are hand-drawn in beeswax, dyed in locally grown indigo, and washed in mountain water. This product’s sleeve edges are embellished with woven patches handsewn by the Miao women.
