Is gambling allowed?
There is ABSOLUTELY NO GAMBLING allowed at any time (before, during, or after the event), this is just for fun!
How do I reserve a table?
You can reserve a table here. Table reservation tickets will be delivered via email after booking.
Can I get a ticket for just one person instead of a table?
Currently we only offer full table reservation (4 people), individual bookings are not supported at the moment.
Do you accept walk-ins?
Walk-ins are welcome but subject to availability. We highly recommend making reservations beforehand to ensure uninterrupted hours of play.
When should I arrive at the venue for my booking?
Ticket holders should arrive 15 minutes before their scheduled time. There is a 15-minute grace period for ticket holders to arrive at their table before it’s considered a no-show and the table is forfeited.
Am I able to bring a guest?
Yes! Reservation holders may invite guests through a special RSVP link after booking, but may be subject to venue capacity.
Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
Tickets are transferable via the ticket confirmation email. You may change the ticket holder’s name and email address, the updated ticket holder will receive a new ticket confirmation and your current confirmation will become invalid immediately. Please note you won’t be able to make any changes after the ticket has been transferred to a new owner.
What if I want to cancel my reservation?
Reservation holders have up to 72 hours prior to your table time to cancel and get a full refund. Cancellations within 72 hours of reservation time will not be refunded.
What happens if I can’t attend my time slot?
You may transfer or resell your ticket(s) on your own, or request a different time slot (subject to availability) via email at email@example.com, or give us a call at (646)-801-0238.
What happens after my time slot is over?
Please reset the table and tiles for the next party before your final game ends. If you wish to extend your playtime, please talk to our check-in desk for assistance. The discount rate will be applied to your table extension, but subject to availability.
What happens if the event is canceled?
All ticket holders will be refunded if the event is canceled.
Is there an age requirement to attend?
All ticket holders and guests must be 21 years of age and over. Alcohol will be served on the premises.
Is ADA or accessible seating available?
No, but CSC will make reasonable accommodations when necessary to ensure accessible services to individuals with disabilities. Please let us know if you require special accommodations prior to the event.
Where do I enter and check in to the Mahjong Club Event?
Please enter and check in at the downstairs entrance of 70 Hester St.
Are pets allowed inside?
Yes, as long as they are on leash.
Will photos be taken during the event?
Yes. By attending the event, you agree to the following crowd release/notice of filming & photography.
Will food and beverages be available for purchase?
There will be alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages for purchase as well as small snacks.
What is your policy on re-entering the building?
You may re-enter at any time with your ticket.
