Steamer Set Extra Large
JST310
Regular price $ 189.00/
Shipping calculated at checkout.
Invented during the Han Dynasty thousands of years ago, steaming has evolved to be one of the most iconic and essential cooking techniques of Chinese cuisine. Legend has it that General Han Xin carved utensils from bamboo so that he could cook food with steam.
This set includes a terracotta steamer basket that can steam and boil at the same time, saving you time and space. Its fireproof ceramic provides greater heat resistance than regular stoneware, making it less likely to crack at higher temperatures and suitable on open flame gas stoves and in both conventional and microwave ovens. The casserole also works perfectly as a simple stew pot.
PRODUCT DETAILS:
- Steamer set (1 pot+ 1 basket): Dia 28 x 29 x 21 cm/ 9.4" x 11.4" x 8.27" inches
- Extended Steamer Basket: Dia 28 x 8.6 (H) cm/ 11" x 3.4" inches
- Fireproof ceramic
- Suitable for open-flame cooking, ovens, and microwaves
- Not dishwasher safe
