Chop Suey Club started as a love letter to Chinese-American culture — the food, the games, the nostalgia. Mahjong is central to that. We’ve taught hundreds of people to play and watched it bring tables together, keep families connected, and give a whole new generation access to a game that’s been around for 200+ years.
Our instructors are passionate players who care about teaching the game right — not just the rules, but the culture behind it.
Game nights, tournaments, and community hangouts.
