Pre-orders are a great way to order the items you want without having to worry about sell-outs!
Shipping / Processing times:
Each Pre-order item has an estimated shipping date but we cannot guarantee these dates and they are subject to change from the manufacturer without notice. This is due to the designer’s production schedules and sometimes an item may arrive several weeks before or after, although this is rare. We have no control over vendor production schedules/inventory but if it does happen, we will stay in contact with them to keep you informed along the way. In the rare event we cannot deliver your pre-ordered items we will refund your order immediately.
All pre-orders are shipped on first come - first served basis.
Your payment will be charged for the full amount upon placing your order (unless using our buy online pay over time payment options). If for some reason we cannot fill your order due to an inventory or manufacturing error, we will cancel your order/refund you. Thank you for understanding.
If you order multiple pre-order items or if you combine in-stock items with pre-order items, we will ship your order once the pre-order item or items arrive. If you would like for the in-stock items to be shipped separately from the pre-order item, you will be charged twice for shipping or we can ship all items at one time once the pre-order(s) arrive in store.
Cancellation and Refund:
We accept cancellations on pre-order items before the arrival date, refunds will only be made for store credit only. After item arrival date, REFUNDS WILL NOT BE PERMITTED, NO EXCEPTIONS.
