Turn your name into a personalized tea cup! Chinese characters are sculpted into the form of the cup itself, creating subtle undulations that catch light and reveal the strokes from every angle.
Each character cup embodies the union of ancient script and contemporary craftsmanship. Drawing inspiration from the classical Thousand Character Classic, the design transforms two‑dimensional calligraphy into a tactile three‑dimensional experience.
This concept is supported by a hybrid process: 3D printing establishes the precise topography of each character, while skilled artisans finish and refine the piece by hand. The cups are fashioned from a proprietary “jade porcelain clay” in which pigments are blended into the body, then fired at around 1 ,320 °C to achieve a lustrous, translucent finish.
The pieces are suitable for tea or coffee, and the delicate relief makes them as pleasurable to hold as they are to behold.

Dimensions
Teacups measure approximately 65 mm (2.56 in) in diameter by 50 mm (1.96 in) high with a capacity of around 65 mL (2.2 fl oz).
Care
To preserve the integrity of the porcelain, hand washing is recommended; avoid abrupt temperature changes, and use gentle cleansers instead of abrasive pads.
Order & Delivery (IMPORTANT!)
All character cups are custom made by specialized craftsmen in China, typically taking 5–7 days to produce. Delivery may take an additional 9 to 14 days depending on your exact location. For time‑sensitive gifting, we recommend leaving a 3‑week lead time.
Return & Refund
Custom orders like this are non‑returnable or refundable. However, if the product arrives damaged, please take pictures and contact us as soon as possible, and we will help you with a replacement or refund.

Domestic US Shipping:
- We provide free domestic US shipping for orders over $100 (1-5 business days depending on your location).
- Express Shipping (1-2 business days) is also available at checkout for an additional cost.
- All orders will be processed within (3) business days upon payment confirmation.
International Shipping:
- International shipping is available for all destinations via USPS, FedEx, UPS, or DHL. Best carrier options will be given at check out according to your package weights, dimensions, and typical item cost.
Replacement & Return
Initiate Replacement or Return via your account login. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process.
Items NOT eligible for return or refund:
- Items received or picked up after 14 days of purchase. Lingerie, socks, masks, art and books
- SALE items, unless you purchase Seel Return Assurance. You can purchase Seel Return Assurance at checkout if you want the option to return and receive a refund. If you choose to not purchase Seel Return Assurance, the sale is final. You can learn more about Seel Return Assurance here.
If you purchase Seel Return Assurance for eligible items in your order, please use the Seel Return Portal to return your eligible items.
For Defective or Incorrect Items
Initiate Replacement or Return via your account login within 3 days upon delivery. Once we approve your request we will waive all shipping fees occur.
To Receive a Refund
- Submit a refund request, wait for approval, send the item back. If you choose to use carriers of your choice, please send us the tracking number at info@chopsueyclub.com
- The customer is responsible for return shipping charges unless the item is defective or incorrect. We are not responsible for any damaged, lost or stolen package during shipping. Please contact the carrier if any of the above situations occurs.
- Return packages must include all original tags and accompanying packaging. Incomplete packaging will result in 5% - 10% fee.
- No restocking fees will be charged.
- We will issue a refund within 5 days of receiving and verifying the package.
- We reserve the right to refuse any returned item that does not meet our return policies.
