All character cups are custom made by specialized craftsmen in China, typically taking 5–7 days to produce. Delivery may take an additional 9 to 14 days depending on your exact location. For time-sensitive gifting, we recommend leaving a 2 to 3-week lead time.
Sip good fortune with every pour. Each cup features an auspicious Chinese character sculpted into the vessel itself — not painted, but shaped into the very walls of the porcelain. Light moves across its subtle relief like ink across parchment, revealing brushstrokes you can feel with your fingertips.
Rooted in the wisdom of the Thousand Character Classic, these cups transform calligraphy into form — a blessing you can hold. Crafted through a hybrid process, each cup begins with 3D-printed precision then moves into the hands of master artisans for refinement. Our bespoke jade-porcelain clay is blended with natural pigment and fired at 2,408 °F / 1,320 °C for a touch of translucence, like jade warmed by sunlight.
Perfect for tea or coffee — elegant enough for display, intimate enough for daily ritual. Choose a cup that carries the blessing you want to give or receive:
- 福 · Fu – Fortune / Luck: The most universal blessing — like a lantern at the door inviting good things to arrive. Best for new beginnings, housewarmings, everyday luck.
- 禄 · Lu – Prosperity / Wealth: The flowing path of success, status, and thriving career. Best for promotions, entrepreneurial wins, business gifts.
- 寿 · Shou – Longevity / Health: Gentle as spring rain and long as pine roots — a wish for life filled with strength and years. Best for elders, birthdays, recovery gifts.
- 囍 · Xi – Joy / Double Happiness: A happiness so abundant it must be written twice. Best for weddings, engagements, new unions.
- 發 · Fa – Fortune Multiplied (Get Rich): Opportunity rising like bamboo after rain — fast, bold, expansive. Best for business ventures, financial milestones.
- 福禄 · Fu Lu – Fortune & Prosperity: Luck and success arriving hand-in-hand — the classic pairing of abundance. Best for career advancement, first homes, prosperous life goals.
- 福寿 · Fu Shou – Fortune & Longevity: May blessings last as long as life itself — wealth of years and wealth of spirit. Best for birthday celebrations, parents, grandparents.
- 喜喜 · Shuang Xi – Double Happiness: The echoing joy of two hearts aligned. Auspicious and festive. Best for marriage, anniversaries, family blessings.
- 福禄寿囍 · Fu Lu Shou Xi – Auspicious Four: The complete constellation of blessings — wealth, longevity, fortune, and shared joy. Best for grand gifts, family legacy, milestone moments.
