MAHJONG 101 — TICKET POLICY
Every seat is reserved. We plan tables of four and assign instructors based on tickets sold, so this policy keeps every table full and every class running on time.
48 hours or more before class
- Full refund to your original payment method, or
- Move your ticket to another class date for free, if seats are available
Less than 48 hours before class (this includes illness, weather and personal emergencies)
- Full ticket value in store credit, which you can use to rebook any future class or purchase from our online store
- Your notice must reach us before class starts.
Give your ticket to a friend
- Allowed any time before class. Your friend can simply check in under your name.
No-shows and late arrivals
- If you miss class without telling us before it starts, your ticket is forfeited. There is no refund or credit.
- Seats not claimed within 15 minutes of the start time will be released to walk-ins.
If we cancel or postpone
- If Chop Suey Club cancels a class (severe weather, venue closure or any other reason), you choose a full refund or a move to another date.
- We make weather decisions by 3 PM on class day and email every ticket holder.
- If the class goes ahead as scheduled, the standard policy applies.
Store credit
- Issued as a promo code by email, for the full ticket value
- Good for future classes or any product at chopsueyclub.com
How to cancel or transfer
Email info@chopsueyclub.com with your name, order number and class date. The time on your email counts as your notice time. Refunds are processed within 3 business days.

How to Start a Return
Starting a return or exchange takes just a few steps — no need to email us first:
- Log into your account and find your order.
- Select the item(s) you'd like to return or exchange.
- Follow the prompts to generate your return. A return label fee will be deducted from your refund.
If you purchased Seel Return Assurance, use the Seel Return Portal instead to return your eligible items.
Shipping
Domestic US Shipping:
- Free domestic US shipping for orders over $100 (1-5 business days depending on your location).
- Express Shipping (1-2 business days) available at checkout for an additional cost.
- All orders are processed within 3 business days upon payment confirmation.
International Shipping:
- Available for all destinations via USPS, FedEx, UPS, or DHL. The best carrier option is shown at checkout based on your package weight, dimensions, and item cost.
Returns & Exchanges
- Items are eligible for return or exchange within 30 days of delivery. Requests made after this window are not eligible.
- Lingerie, swimwear, socks, masks, collectibles, art, and books are not eligible for return or refund at any time.
- SALE items are final sale unless you purchase Seel Return Assurance at checkout, which allows you to return and receive a refund on otherwise non-returnable items. Learn more about Seel Return Assurance here.

Defective or Incorrect Items
Initiate a replacement or return via your account login within 7 days of delivery. Once approved, we'll waive all shipping fees.
Refund Details
- Submit a refund request, wait for approval, then send the item back. If using a carrier of your choice, send us the tracking number at info@chopsueyclub.com.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping charges unless the item is defective or incorrect. We are not responsible for any damaged, lost, or stolen packages during shipping — please contact the carrier directly if this occurs.
- Return packages must include all original tags and accompanying packaging. Returns missing original tags or packaging may incur a fee.
- No restocking fees will be charged.
- Refunds are issued within 5 days of receiving and verifying the returned package.
- We reserve the right to refuse any returned item that doesn't meet our return policies.
