Inspired by the popular, classic Chengdu street snack Zhong Dumplings, Zhong Sauce is a concoction of aromatic "fuzhi" soy sauce, slow-brewed with brown sugar, mushrooms, garlic, and a blend of spices. It’s sweet, tangy, spicy, and umami-rich all at once — intensely delicious and versatile.

 In-store pick up:

We are now offering in-store pick up service everyday from 12 pm - 7 pm at 41 orchard st. The pick-up option is available at the check out section. Please leave us a note or contact info@chopsueyclub.com for your desired pick up date & time. Our team will contact you to confirm your pick-up.

Domestic US Shipping:

  • We provide free domestic US shipping for orders over $50 via USPS Priority (2-5 business days).
  • Express Shipping (1-2 business days) is available at checkout for an additional cost.
  • All orders will be processed within (2) business days upon payment approval. We ship out package Monday - Saturday. Orders placed after 4pm will be processed the next day. 

International Shipping: 

International shipping is available via DHL Express Worldwide (3-6 business days). 

Customs Policy (PLEASE READ):

There are duty and import taxes that are not included in the total at checkout, are owed by the recipient, and are collected at time of delivery. The taxes are calculated by the customs agency of the destination country, and are beyond our control. You can calculate the costs by contacting your local carrier/customs office.

  • If the recipient refuses delivery of their order due to a customs charge, their package will be considered abandoned and disposed of by the shipping carrier and their order will not be eligible for a refund.**
  • The customer is responsible for paying for shipping costs for returning any item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable.**
  • Once an order ships and is in transit, it is not possible to cancel the order.**

Holiday Shipping Notice:

The cut-off day for USPS Domestic US Christmas shipping is December 20th, it means the order has to be placed before December 20th if you want the gift to arrive before Christmas Day. Christmas Day delivery is only available for USPS Express Shipping at extra cost. For International customers, the cut-off day for Christmas shipping is December 18th, please be advised that the exact day may vary due to custom speed & etc..

Refunds & Exchanges:

  • Refunds and exchanges can be made within 14 days of purchase. Lingerie, books, and SALE items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping charges unless the item is defective or incorrect. We are not responsible for any damaged, lost or stolen package during shipping. Please contact the carrier if any of the above situation occurs. 
  • Returns or exchanges must include all original tags and accompanying packaging. Incomplete packaging will result in 5% - 10% fee.
  • No restocking fees will be charged.
  • We will issue a full refund within 5 days upon receiving the product.
  • Refunds will be processed in the form in which payment was received.
  • We reserve the right to refuse any returned item that does not meet our return policies.
