How to Start a Return
Starting a return or exchange takes just a few steps — no need to email us first:
- Log into your account and find your order.
- Select the item(s) you'd like to return or exchange.
- Follow the prompts to generate your return. A return label fee will be deducted from your refund.
If you purchased Seel Return Assurance, use the Seel Return Portal instead to return your eligible items.
Shipping
Domestic US Shipping:
- Free domestic US shipping for orders over $100 (1-5 business days depending on your location).
- Express Shipping (1-2 business days) available at checkout for an additional cost.
- All orders are processed within 3 business days upon payment confirmation.
International Shipping:
- Available for all destinations via USPS, FedEx, UPS, or DHL. The best carrier option is shown at checkout based on your package weight, dimensions, and item cost.
Returns & Exchanges
- Items are eligible for return or exchange within 30 days of delivery. Requests made after this window are not eligible.
- Lingerie, swimwear, socks, masks, collectibles, art, and books are not eligible for return or refund at any time.
- SALE items are final sale unless you purchase Seel Return Assurance at checkout, which allows you to return and receive a refund on otherwise non-returnable items. Learn more about Seel Return Assurance here.
- Made-to-order and pre-order items may have different return eligibility — see our How Pre-Order Works page for details.
Defective or Incorrect Items
Initiate a replacement or return via your account login within 7 days of delivery. Once approved, we'll waive all shipping fees.
Refund Details
- Submit a refund request, wait for approval, then send the item back. If using a carrier of your choice, send us the tracking number at info@chopsueyclub.com.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping charges unless the item is defective or incorrect. We are not responsible for any damaged, lost, or stolen packages during shipping — please contact the carrier directly if this occurs.
- Return packages must include all original tags and accompanying packaging. Returns missing original tags or packaging may incur a fee.
- No restocking fees will be charged.
- Refunds are issued within 5 days of receiving and verifying the returned package.
- We reserve the right to refuse any returned item that doesn't meet our return policies.
