Domestic US Shipping:

Free domestic US shipping for orders over $100 (1-5 business days depending on your location).
Express Shipping (1-2 business days) available at checkout for an additional cost.
All orders are processed within 3 business days upon payment confirmation.

International Shipping:

Available for all destinations via USPS, FedEx, UPS, or DHL. The best carrier option is shown at checkout based on your package weight, dimensions, and item cost.

Items are eligible for return or exchange within 30 days of delivery. Requests made after this window are not eligible.
Lingerie, swimwear, socks, masks, collectibles, art, and books are not eligible for return or refund at any time.

Submit a refund request, wait for approval, then send the item back. If using a carrier of your choice, send us the tracking number at info@chopsueyclub.com.
