How to Start a Return

Starting a return or exchange takes just a few steps — no need to email us first:

1. Log into your account and find your order.
2. Select the item(s) you'd like to return or exchange.
3. Follow the prompts to generate your return. A return label fee will be deducted from your refund.

If you purchased Seel Return Assurance, use the Seel Return Portal instead to return your eligible items.
